I love to bake cakes. But sometimes when my sister and I crave cake in the middle of the night and there is none in the fridge. Mug Cake is the best alternative. It’s like taking out a pre-made cake from the refrigerator, the only bonus here is it’s warm. (Thank god for the time when I was vaguely searching for quick make deserts in YouTube.)

Mug Cake:
Perfect for a single serving. Bakes in just a minute in the microwave and a treat that satisfies the sweet tooth. It’s moist, light, and fluffy. Very easy to make.
Ingredients You Need: (that you might already be having)

| 3 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour | 3 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour |
| ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder | ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder |
| 2-3 tablespoon granulated sugar | 2-3 tablespoon granulated sugar |
| 3 tablespoon Melted Butter | 3 tablespoon Melted Butter |
| 3 tablespoon Milk | 3 tablespoon Milk |
| ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Essence | ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Essence |
| 1 tablespoon chocolate chips | 2 tablespoon chocolate powder |
| Some crushed walnuts |
Just a few more minutes:
–Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. I usually put all the ingredients directly in the mug
–Whisk the ingredients. Don’t make the batter runny. It should be smooth and has a flowy consistency
-Now, it’s time to Bake your mug cake in the microwave for 1- 2 minutes
Tip: Each microwave is of different strength, so experiment in the beginning. My microwave usually takes 1 minute 30 seconds. And, the time also depends on the mug you choose. Take a mug that is bigger. So, if you are trying it for the first time, just keep observing your cake. Also, use a toothpick to check the cake is properly baked or not.
And, it’s done. Take a spoon, set up your favorite show, and enjoy your mug of cake.
