Originating from our cultural roots, Protein halwa is a delicious whole wheat & bengal gram flour pudding prepared through flavored Indian spices & enhanced with dry fruits. Nutritional Information (Per servings for 2)

Ingredients:
Sattu Flour (Wheat + Bengal Gram) – 1 Cup
Jaggery Powder – ½ Cup
Water – 1 Cup
Ghee – 5 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – ½ tbsp
Chopped Almonds – 5 units
Chopped Cashews – 5 units
Raisins – 5 units
Procedure:
Take 4 tbsp ghee in a cooking pan and add Sattu flour.
Roast them on low-medium flame for 4-5 min., add 2 tbsp dry fruits.
Add Jaggery to water to make a Jaggery syrup.
Add Jaggery syrup to pan and mix well until there are no lumps.
Once the syrup is absorbed, cook in steam fir 2 mins. And add ghee and cardamom powder. Turn off the flame.
Take halwa in a bowl & garnish with chopped dry fruits.
Serve hot.
