Nutritional Information (Per servings for 2)
|Sattu Flour (Wheat + Bengal Gram) – 1 Cup|
|Jaggery Powder – ½ Cup|
|Water – 1 Cup|
|Ghee – 5 tbsp|
|Cardamom Powder – ½ tbsp|
|Chopped Almonds – 5 units|
|Chopped Cashews – 5 units|
|Raisins – 5 units|
|Take 4 tbsp ghee in a cooking pan and add Sattu flour.|
|Roast them on low-medium flame for 4-5 min., add 2 tbsp dry fruits.|
|Add Jaggery to water to make a Jaggery syrup.|
|Add Jaggery syrup to pan and mix well until there are no lumps.|
|Once the syrup is absorbed, cook in steam fir 2 mins. And add ghee and cardamom powder. Turn off the flame.|
|Take halwa in a bowl & garnish with chopped dry fruits.|
